A Palo Alto company looked to Berkeley BioWorks to design transport tray that could be used for chip preparation during production.
Solution:
Designed chip tray that could survive repeated thermal cycles in a corrosive environment. Seamless integration with pre-existing automation.

Reduced manpower requirements. Improved process quality. Contract manufactured 600 units to date.
