Cell Packer Device     Challenge:   Cohesion looked to Berkeley BioWorks to develop a medical device that would eliminate unnecessary steps during surgery while limiting exposure and contamination.   Solution:   Designed and developed 5-piece centrifugable molded design from concept to first article inspection of final tooling.   Result:   Received FDA approval and enabled Cohesion to sell over 30,000 units.
